Working with Richie was so easy and painless! My property sold in 4 days! Richie was easy to reach and really went out of his way to make this a smooth process. I had already relocated to another state which could have made things really tough to get done quickly but Richie even helped with home inspection issues. He communicated often to keep me in the loop and when document corrections needed to be made, Richie emailed me and I was able to sign right on my cell. This really sped things up. Simple corrections that could have cost a day here or there, especially with me living hundreds of mile away, were expedited by Richie and his team. I have already passed his information on to a couple of family members. What he does isn't easy and I was very lucky to find someone with his knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Great job Richie!
